Summer Schools

Every July and August, I run a series of five-day summer schools at my Chesham studio for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the world of glass art. These courses are perfect if you’re ready to take your skills to the next level, spend dedicated time on your craft, and enjoy learning in a focused yet welcoming atmosphere.

Each summer school is built around a specific glass art method, such as Fused Glass, Copperfoiling, or Stained Glass; giving you the chance to dive deep into the techniques, tools, and processes that make each discipline unique. With plenty of hands-on practice, step-by-step guidance, and room to explore your own ideas, you’ll come away with newfound confidence and work you can truly be proud of.

Held over five consecutive days, these immersive courses offer the perfect balance of structured learning, creative freedom, and supportive community. By the end of the week, many students find they’ve not only developed their skills but discovered new inspiration too.

OTHER WORKSHOPS

  • Corporate Days

    Take your team out on an away day for a team-building session. Corporate days working with glass are designed to be fun and creative. Days can be constructed to fit in with your needs and budget.

  • Bespoke days

    One to one or a small group of friends who wish to have a day's experience with glass, we can spend the day copper foiling, making a stained-glass panel, or trying out different aspects of fusing glass art. Bespoke workshops can run from 2 hour taster sessions to a full day experience.
